Note:
I am presuming you will share this (and the the Plan”, Begich Letter”, Obama Letter”) with your entire body of members, all of your members and their memberships, and The Public as Well,,, I would and will be very disappointed if you do not….
I have seen races where special interest candidates use questionnaires like this and others to learn themselves up from an adversarial view or circulate these for a more like minded view of another candidate without the general public knowing so…
In my case, I think that one of our main problems is the secrecy we have been allowing to happen in our governing bodies..there are some (many) personal things in my life which I prefer to be private,,, and if chosen by the public to hold their full faith and trust my life will from then on be pretty much public.
But, for the time being this information is and should be considered public and I will fell free to send it to others as I have with the ADN questionnaire.
I hope you will understand that I have tried to answer many of these unexpected and personal questionnaires in some individual way, not repeating what I said in another one…not doing a canned thing…
I think each of us is really more than we see of each other….
1.) About the Candidate. What motivated you to run for Mayor of Anchorage? What will be your primary areas of focus if elected?
Anchorage has a chance to be a leading city with world recognition for not just the BIG WILD LIFE, but rather as a first city of understanding its relationship to ENERGY, CLEAN ENERGY and its role in a new and more free community
To attempt to communicate to a community as a whole body…which we seem to be being denied as a citizenry… there is or are fewer and fewer ways and means for us to hear one another’s opinions and views unless we are moneyed up or belong to some group or influence apparatus outside of the average individuals availability….
Please note, there are many issues long overdue in need of correction…..
The Electrification of our Anchorage Residential Community and the many wonderful and new innovations and freedoms this will breach ..Not to mention the economic opportunities that will be introduced.
--Political Corruption,
--Means of Public Dialog by camera videoing up community centers to broadcast on live cable channels.
--Major Tidal, current, and in line river Hydroelectric and hydrogen projects in our Cook Inlet areas around Anchorage

2.) Environmental Philosophy. What is your personal environmental philosophy? What environmental issues are important to you? Please include any examples of things you have done to show environmental leadership in the Anchorage community.
I am not sure where the Environmental Groups are at in their Vision for Alaska…
God knows, I have certainly tried to raise Energy Awareness in the community by means of talk radio, e-mailing legislature, flyers on cars, or attending various groups and organizational meetings, then raising or challenging them to questions and review of their positions..
I am the one who relocated and have drawn attention to the 1981, 241 page study to convert Old Harbor to an all Hydrogen Gas fueled community… “Hydrogen Use in Alaska” (A one of its kind study in the world ?)……
Please read my The Plan, the letter to Obama, My letter to Begich, the AND questionnaire submitted last week..I have written many views on Energy and a Water based energy society..
My primary concern is our residential dwellings Individual Life Essential Energy Needs priorities and applications…..
I am encouraged a great deal by what appears to be Mr. Obama’s realization that we need to electrify our entire society,,, starting with our residential needs and uses….
3.) Funding & Budget. Which statement best describes your view when considering the municipal budget?
____ Municipal spending is too high and we must continue to make cuts.
____ The most important thing when considering the budget is that we continue to make cuts and reduce taxes.
____ The most important thing when considering the budget is to work within the available dollars without raising taxes, even if we have to cut services.

_I think we may have to view cities in new means of some form
of formula…all societies have to evolve or perish, and with a greater understanding of our relationship to all other creatures and paradigms of life as we know it; It may now be the time to review CITIES as we know them….
And imperative to this evolutionary city formula review, is our New Awareness of CLEAN ENERGY, (harmonic fuels) of Electricity (magnetic fields- the male,,, and Water- hydrogen gas - atom -the female energies
After all of these years in some ways as a kind of energy activist… I am sensing a great new awareness of Energy in relationship to the universe and all living creatures,, a kind of common connection which has always been here, we just now seem to be becoming more in tune or aware of it….if you individually rate the importance of the 3 below, one can only conclude that without Energy there is no existence of life….or liberty or population.

4.) Funding & Budget. Please highlight how you plan to address the Municipality’s $17 million budget deficit. What specific cuts, if any, would you make to reduce the deficit?
I am not sufficiently informed….However; I would look at such things in addition to public safety , as schools, alcohol, tobacco, outside laborers, illegal immigrants sending out money and a wide variety of other areas..
I really believe we are not having the discussion we need to be having…. It is not the cuts we should be looking at rather ,, it is our priorities as a species gathered in a dense collective called a city which should be the discussion
AND
We all should be looking at the darkest of economic outcomes that may be arriving soon if many of the so called economic experts are correct..
My family owned up to 14 corporations over many years and the first thing we always did was to assess the worst possible outcome,, the fall back positions…hence, our priorities.
I am very concerned about our Economic health as a nation and as a state, I think see unusual constructs occurring quietly in the background along with too many other surface and attention getting concerns…..the scale of and intent of these is confusing and misleading ….in many ways…..
((My assessment… Nearly MASSIVE UNCERTAINTIES ! ))…and I cant tell if they are being constructed, or as a result of, events;
therefore,,, we need to fall back to Clean Energy and Clean Water and Clean Basic Food for our residential security….NOW…now being for the next 5 years….All sectors should come together and allocate their funding into a common expenditure pool for the purposes of implementing and building numerous Clean Electricity and Water Projects along with some constructs for Green House Food Supplies…
Sustainability should be replaced by Harmony…..Sustainability is no longer the issue; Rather, it is will we be able to exist in harmony with our planet in all facets and of those facets we cannot be in harmony with, what are the ramifications and new solutions….
5.) Climate Change. Which of the following most accurately reflects your view:

I support PT, but want it done with new means of transportation, ie Electric, Hydrgen, Air, or other technology leading us to a more beneficial society and keeping our children in the forefront of understanding the new energy technonogies which I think are headed our way with an attitude…
13.) Public Transit. Would you support funding for the Regional Transit Authority to aid commuters traveling between Anchorage and the Mat-Su? Why or why not? Would you opinion change if Federal funds were allocated for this purpose?
I want to hear and see more ideas on this as I look at Anchorage and the Mat-Su surrounding areas as unique in their resources available to them to launch a great new or next city / community design..

Public Transit is a large meal… its content heavy and very important…
I have relied on public transit in a large city and tried to initiate a small town public transit system in my younger years
15.) Knik Arm Bridge. Do you support or oppose the development of the proposed Knik Arm Bridge? Why or why not?
I would support it if it were part of a package..
This package I suggest is too large to define in space here… I’ll try a little..
A Large Multi Platform Pillar Design cable based bridge design so we could initiate multiple hydroelectric in line current , tidal, and above and below ice flow projects for Electricity Generation… a kind of Research Center of World Renown stature….
Studying, Cook Inlet Wide Area ,,,,,River, Tidal, Shore line Channeling, interfacing, and understanding of stress forces for the purpose of River and Shoreline villages of Alaska for nearly immediate electrical power generation, storage and transmission
For the purposes of Residential needs primarily,,,,,
I could go much further in this wonderful opportunity around the “MAC BRIDGE Interests”
16.) Port Expansion. Do you support or oppose the proposed expansion of the Port of Anchorage? Why or why not?
I want to see and hear the PLAN…. I have again some concerns about our priorities of expenditures and think we may have lost site of some fundamental reasons we are a great nation
The Port is important, but in what application, cost, vision, and to whom…etc..
17.) Airport Extension. Do you support or oppose the proposed East-West Runway Extension Plan for the Anchorage International Airport? Why or why not?
I am concerned about it and would need more information…
18.) Recycling. Which statement best describes your view on recycling in Anchorage?
__X__ With financial support from the city and encouragement from the community, recycling programs (curbside, drop-off locations, school recycling etc.) can become a viable part of Anchorage's overall waste management plan.
____ The city’s current recycling services provided by a network of nonprofit organizations and businesses are adequate and do not need to be expanded with public funds.

2009 Mayoral Candidate Questions for The Northern Light
^Q. Alaska has one of the highest rates of sexual abuse, and Anchorage rate is also among the nation’s highest for metropolitan areas. How do you propose addressing this issue?
1….. a live public participated, statewide video broadcasted 1-3 day forum on our priorities as a community; So that we might be able to discover, better understand and resolve sexual abuse at its point of origin /source as opposed to addressing it after the abuse event as an isolated individual act of some complex site specific criteria like symptom.
It is in a collective discussion by our greater bodies of scrutiny, re-review, and sifting of our true priorities shared in common, in which we usually find answers to such aberrations.
Is it possible that sexual abuse could be some form of “ uncalculated species blowback” from the “women’s libs”, “middle/other schools”, “anti-fem female family” and “anti-father head of family” organizations continued and ongoing attempts at early male medications, gender bending, emasculation and authority stripping of the younger Males?
Or, is this aberration from the lack of our Manliness as Men; cowardly like in avoiding our historical and traditional Male roles of keeping our society and other men and women in line?
^Q. How do you see the university fitting in to the city’s economic development?
-----I would like to see all of the UAA –APU Engineers of Alaska in an Anchorage/University Partnership development of new sources of Clean Energy Electricity and Hydrogen Generation for all facets of our “Individual and Residential Life Essential Energy Needs Sector.
Our partnership in The Knik Arm, Mac Bridge, Matanuska River area, Turnagain Arm Cook Inlet and Greater Cook Inlet area as an immediate project launching of a world renown hydro-xygen (Water) based technologies (Hydroelectric) energies research center.
With a multitude of simultaneous “fish and whale compatible” projects generating clean electricity and hydrogen from under ice flows, river and coastal water channeling studies, ice stress, tidal, current, in line, in stream, ice breakup surface crawlers, horizontally cabled shore to shore pillars, sunken shipping vessels in current lanes as pillars, acoustical and special projects laboratories, Mac Bridge and Pint Hope Bridge foundations, etc..

The results in 3 to 6 years of this immediate, up close and personal Mega Electricity Generation and Research Project Center should be a cornucopia of opportunities for the entire University System, all of Anchorage, most native villages, Alaska as a whole and for the rest of the World; And there in lies your future; As our planets leaders of how to design, develop, deploy, retool, and live in a new energy aware community world.
A world in Harmony with its neighbors –who share the entire planet… You, the young replicates who’s parents yearned to come to a far off land ……may be more special than you realized.

^Q. How should the city try to retain the people who are educated here through APU and UAA?
-----(See above) -- I was given the courtesy to mention to some of your administrators what your UAA and APU institutions should become -- as our partners;
And it is in this becoming that a partnership with the City that we and mainly you younger folk could go down in the history of the planet as a very special people.. And you and us could do this within 3 to 6 years…
Much of your current top down leadership is so Freedom Loving, Energy and Intellectually brain dead, corrupted, secrecy infected, conflicted, and “fossil fuel lackeyed up” -(We use to call it salting a community or becoming a company town mentality)- that we need to metamorphous or exoskeleton out of this hydrocarbon darkness, killing, indentured, subjugated and enslaved existence.
Many of your institutions such as AEA, REAP, GREEN STAR, AIDEA, AEDC, LEGISLATIVE BODIES in absenteeism, UAA sustainability group, ACEP, ISER, and several other groups are simply empty vessels or a Trojan Horse like presence meant to occupy, capture, or/and divert funds so that true dreams, visions, and leaders moving away from hydrocarbon slavery are minimized or diminished quickly.
^Q. Do you support the addition of master’s programs and Ph.D. programs in Anchorage?
----I am not properly informed on this at this time. ( I do support any honest endeavor to understand and develop our clean and harmonic water based technologies (hydrogen gas) and magnetic fields (electricity) sources of energy for our “Individual Residential Life Essential Energy Needs” in order to make each of us a more free person)

^Q. What measures would you support to improve transportation in the U-Med District and Midtown in general?
----Sensible, common sense, reasonable measures and ideas; like partnerships with DOE/others in hydrogen, air, and electric transportation vehicle grant projects, so that we might learn while we are facilitating.
Using light and versatile frame shuttle craft vehicles that can be reused, retrofitted, and redesigned to fit on our railroad tracks as hydrogen, air, electric, solar, wind, or magnetic rail micro shuttles to Diamond Center, Downtown, Mat-Su and Girdwood, darting in and out, or on and off track between major rail traffic to transport us about in short runs

----I don’t really do sports! I know, I am defenseless in my honesty, But, I just like to contemplate the nature of Individual Free Will, Lifes’ magnificence, and our Individual Residential Life Essential Energy Needs which I think we are all obligated to each other for their and our existence as a life form. .

----Well, Look, I need to look into this more also…Some of these items of specific needs, interests, and wants I am just not informed on…I have received 5 or 6 questionnaires representing perhaps 100+ questions from various interests.
Jesus, help me! I just wanted to be Our cities HERO, but there was not box to check except Mayor..
No one told me I had to draft a small novel to answer all the self serving questions, of which, no one asked “How will you help me to be a more free person?

Our President himself should come to visit us!… We are that great of a land and a peoples. We have many very important intersections here in Alaska.. and I am not talking about native traditions, women’s right, diversity or other issues….
I am talking about the electrification of our society..Alaska holds a special place and needs to have that place in history anointed and began—now!
If our leaders cannot command by reasonable pleadings of our importance and the stature we deserve, then they should step aside and let other more visionary and commanding leaders represent our need for his our President Mr. Obamas’ personal and extended visit to our Anchorage, Alaska…

2009 Mayoral Candidate Questions for The Northern Light
^Q. Alaska has one of the highest rates of sexual abuse, and Anchorage rate is also among the nation’s highest for metropolitan areas. How do you propose addressing this issue?
1….. a live public participated, statewide video broadcasted 1-3 day forum on our priorities as a community; So that we might be able to discover, better understand and resolve sexual abuse at its point of origin /source as opposed to addressing it after the abuse event as an isolated individual act of some complex site specific criteria like symptom.
It is in a collective discussion by our greater bodies of scrutiny, re-review, and sifting of our true priorities shared in common, in which we usually find answers to such aberrations.
Is it possible that sexual abuse could be some form of “ uncalculated species blowback” from the “women’s libs”, “middle/other schools”, “anti-fem female family” and “anti-father head of family” organizations continued and ongoing attempts at early male medications, gender bending, emasculation and authority stripping of the younger Males?
Or, is this aberration from the lack of our Manliness as Men; cowardly like in avoiding our historical and traditional Male roles of keeping our society and other men and women in line?
^Q. How do you see the university fitting in to the city’s economic development?
-----I would like to see all of the UAA –APU Engineers of Alaska in an Anchorage/University Partnership development of new sources of Clean Energy Electricity and Hydrogen Generation for all facets of our “Individual and Residential Life Essential Energy Needs Sector.
Our partnership in The Knik Arm, Mac Bridge, Matanuska River area, Turnagain Arm Cook Inlet and Greater Cook Inlet area as an immediate project launching of a world renown hydro-xygen (Water) based technologies (Hydroelectric) energies research center.
With a multitude of simultaneous “fish and whale compatible” projects generating clean electricity and hydrogen from under ice flows, river and coastal water channeling studies, ice stress, tidal, current, in line, in stream, ice breakup surface crawlers, horizontally cabled shore to shore pillars, sunken shipping vessels in current lanes as pillars, acoustical and special projects laboratories, Mac Bridge and Pint Hope Bridge foundations, etc..

Many of your institutions such as AEA, REAP, GREEN STAR, AIDEA, AEDC, LEGISLATIVE BODIES in absenteeism, UAA sustainability group, ACEP, ISER, and several other groups are simply empty vessels or a Trojan Horse like presence meant to occupy, capture, or/and divert funds so that true dreams, visions, and leaders moving away from hydrocarbon slavery are minimized or diminished quickly.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Leaders and Citizens,
Please consider the following:
If the potential arrival of financial and public unrest is as great as you say ( Massive Uncertainties, Bizzaro World, Great Depression, World Wide Monetary Collapse, Britain bailed out by IMF, No one knows how to fix it, no one ,,, London times, etc..)
Then, shouldn't we be pooling all of our stimulus, various state and local departments and other funds into a national and local "barn raising like " projects to build a multitude of Clean Energy and Water Plant Construction Projects ?
How can you possibly be considering building a Road, School, Infrastructure, or Health System
( Not to mention giving $$ to those here and overseas who did this ) when we could build Clean Energy Plants and create a better community overnight by geometric leaps ....
Your position that Finance or Money is the First Position, Origin, or Creator of commerce is unrealistic and disconnected at best.
In the simplest of examples of the "chicken or the egg" or the "horse and the cart", in which came first you must realize Money came from our stable neighbors, neighborhoods, and hence communities
Just imagine having a meeting of all the living creature and plant life forms in the universe; the insects, birds, fish, trees, bacteria, animals, etc.., and you step up to the platform and tell em... "Your problem is you don’t have a viable economic infrastructure", "and by the way, me and my friends have decided your all going to have to pay for the energy that keeps you alive....and, if you don’t like it, we are going to arrest you and your offspring and throw you in jail"...
The twisted rational, ignorance and stupidity of it all is no longer acceptable !!
We now realize Energy is more important than we have imagined and it is a fundamental right of deservance and obligation to one another in a responsible way..
Energy was the underlying reason and catalyst for this current Economic Crime against our country...
It is Energy which is destabilizing our species, the planet, and our economic infrastructure; Along with those who continue this barbaric ignorance and greed based criminal economic and moral philosophy

Send out one crew to build a road And
Send out another crew to build a clean energy power plant And
When the two crews are done, which would you want to own ?????????
We/You must build Energy Plants;

Mr. Obama,
I hope you will receive this suggestion of--- Planning for our “America of the Future”. I will call your suggestion line to see if I can pre-empt this written beginning formula so that you will be aware of its being headed your way..
Mr. Obama, just as Mr. Roosevelt’s time realized we as a collective society had to evolve, so it is again today;
I suggest to you that your place in History should be the recognition that each one of us has an individual right to Energy.
The energy I speak of is Clean Air, Clean Water ( Hydrogen) and Electricity; And that these Life Essential Energies are owed to each other just as our constitution recognizes other undeniable inalienable rights and freedoms.
You must announce today that you have determined that all life forms have a right to exist by access to the universal life sustaining energies; That no one person, corporation, company, or other entity has the right to deny an individual their right to their life sustain ing energies.. Of which we as a society of American families and individuals shall review, reflect, discuss, determine, define and then construct in an “Individudal Energy Profile of Needs Formula Energy Bill or Rights”

I hope you will receive this suggestion of--- Planning for our “America of the Future”. I will call your suggestion line to see if I can pre-empt this written beginning formula so that you will be aware of its being headed your way..
Mr. Obama, just as Mr. Roosevelt’s time realized we as a collective society had to evolve, so it is again today;
I suggest to you that your place in History should be the recognition that each one of us has an individual right to Energy.
The energy I speak of is Clean Air, Clean Water ( Hydrogen) and Electricity; And that these Life Essential Energies are owed to each other just as our constitution recognizes other undeniable inalienable rights and freedoms.
You must announce today that you have determined that all life forms have a right to exist by access to the universal life sustaining energies; That no one person, corporation, company, or other entity has the right to deny an individual their right to their life sustain ing energies.. Of which we as a society of American families and individuals shall review, reflect, discuss, determine, define and then construct in an “Individudal Energy Profile of Needs Formula Energy Bill or Rights”

“I have today ordered multiple departments and respected members of our community to review and define just how much Electricty and Water each of us uses in our life time so that we will understand our challenges which will naturally exist for us to accomplish this new energy awareness that we now all realize is long overdue and needed in order to bring stability to ourselves, our families, our businesses, our communities, our economies, our countries and our Planet..”
In moving to this new age of Individual Energy Awareness and Understanding for all of mankind, we will move cautiously and look for and listen to all voices who hope to contribute constructive points for consideration and new society design.
This new Individual Life Essential Energy Bill of Rights and Obligations shall apply by means of responsible citizenship, a definition of not only Individual Energy Needs per year for our entire lives; But, It shall also define and be connected to an annual residential dwelling unit energy needs and uses footprint.
---In realizing a new and better energy based society for all Americans let me add more definition.
Each individual requires and will use a certain amount of Air, Water, and Electricity in their lifetimes.
We will, and we are now, reviewing that energy use needs which we all share in common for individual likeness and acceptance. And in addition. We are looking at the Residential Dwelling in unison with the Individual Energy Needs…

We will be profiling in detail all energy uses in the two areas; looking at and for the amounts we all consider to be fair in their annual allocations at no cost.

As this time of great concern for our national and world economies stability, it has become ip so facto or on its face apparent to me and other leaders of our nation that we must move to bring stability, security, predictability, and as much certainty as possible to our homes, neighborhoods, and communities….in Short, Our Families must be protected so as to be able to hold calmness and community…..
It is with our ability to provide Electricity and Water to our homes and dwellings that will allow us to have time and unhurried discussion to bring more accurate resolutions to our current divisive, argumentative, and unpredictable capital based economic markets…for, while we look to bring stability we will be assured that our families can have heat, light, some transportation, communications, water, and the ability to garden and grow sustenance for our families
With all of the division, economic uncertainty in debated difference; The one thing we must move to protect and secure for any event unexpected is
Our Families and our Homes; Our dwellings which we all share in the common need for and realize that to be an undeniable conclusion……
We feel that at this time this only applies to our Residential Dwelling Sector.
We are asking all communities and all Americans to look at your local areas for a means of building good, green, clean, harmonic, sustainable, renewable, reasonable, and compatible Electrical and Water Based Energy Plants for your Homes so that we can begin our new next great energy based society..
You must realize and move to as fast as possible an all electric homes and residential dwellings community….. This will be not just a stabilizing new era, but an exciting new era for All Americans…..

The Times and the Events Cry Out for True Visionary and Common Sense Leadership… How can you not do this..?? I truly think I can defend these positions against those many who will attack this…..

It is imperative you focus on energy for the residential sector….
Send out one crew to build a road
And
Send out another crew to build a power plant
And
When the two crews are done, which would you want to own ?????????
You must build Energy Plants; All kinds of Good Energy Plants--!!
Its all about life essential energies, clean air, clean water, and clean Electricity.
Once you lose contact with the fundamental laws and understandings of day to day survival of all species, you will become disconnected and delusional…….
Money is not the goal—Survival is the goal,,, quality of life and individual freedoms…..
Money and commerce are generated from our stable “Quality of Life” and “Life Essential Energies” balanced and abundant communities..
Given the current state of affairs as they are unfolding you must build clean electricity and water energy projects…. All sectors must move here; NOW!
With electricity and water for my and my neighbors shelter, we can sustain calmness and order… we can light our homes, tool up, transport, build, grow food, protect, gather and hold community…….
Jobs and money will come after those foundations ( and population balance ) are met……
