Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is my belief that if we as Alaskans ( in this case as Anchorage Citizens) come together in helping each other by setting aside our differences and bringing all of our revenue allocations, funding and generation to bear on clean energy, we will within the next 3 to 6 years breach a nearly Shangri-La like Anchorage City .
We are about to enter a new evolution as an Energy Aware Based Society-A society in Energy, Economic, and Population Harmony.
(When you look at all of the sectors in our community and society that are either out of control or not able to continue to be funded, it becomes imperative to secure our homes and dwellings energies needs first as apriority.)
This new evolution will be represented by Magnetic fields as electricity in many different ways and designs; And by Hydro-xygens as Water Based Energy Technologies like Geothermal, Solar, Wind, Coastal, Tidal, Current, Steam, Under Ice Current flows, Air, Hydrogen Gas and other water related fuels.
This wonderful and exciting new Energy Aware Evolution will intersect and popcorn up in many areas; But the most impacting and again exciting is the convergence with our Residential Dwellings…

Should the moment to moment life and death necessity of Energy to every creature and plant on the planet be a quasi true free enterprise undertaking or an earned management, research and development income opportunity?

The state of our energy ownership, production, environmental costs/corruption, pricing, availability, distribution, and transmission uncertainty, volatility, and lack of accountability impacts, having occurred within just a few decades and by such a few people and their institutions;

With money and the monetary system being a political and economic special interests influenced contrived and constructed value system, now exposing its fallacies and dishonest foundations with events like WorldCom and Enron, a 2 trillion dollar oil war, bailouts for other multiple economic structures, now seizing societies tax dollars to stabilize their new world order economy failures and the overall climate and environmental negative impacts on all of the planet and its life forms as a whole;
BEGS THE QUESTION!
How can the immediate implementation of Hydrogen gas production and the hydrogen economy infrastructure on a massive scale be too expensive ? Rather, is IT NOT imperative we implement the Hydrogen Economy now in order to stabilize all planet wide balances – Restart our foundational perceptions and expectations for a new and better society- pdk

We must stabilize our Individual, Family, and Residential sector because it is our foundation for all of our societies’ infrastructures, like - neighborhoods, communities, cities, schools, roads, hospitals, banking, governments, families, commerce, family values, work values, sexual identities, religions, amenities, essential services, military, etc; And last but not least, it is from our residential sector that we afford “true free enterprise markets” an opportunity to serve our many needs from a stable Residential/individual housing or dwelling sector.
We now collectively realize that our “life essential energies” of clean air, electricity and water technologies, generated and used in harmony with our “planets life cycles” are obligations we all owe to each other; And are a fundamental and undeniable requirement for us to be a free peoples with stable societies and environments.
In understanding the above, it seems to us, that, we as a nation of like minded wills and wishes to be free and prosper economically, must reorganize, reconstruct, and redefine all of our ENERGIES Ownership, Obligations, Transmission, assigned monetary value, and distribution priorities , and their management of, in our best interest as a society:
It appears to this author that when we conveyed our full faith and trust in the free enterprise market system to our local Oil Corporations to develop, evolve, promote, and provide our Life Essential Energy Needs, to us a society so as to assist us Americans in becoming a more free persons society and “quality of life” community; They, our then Oil Companies, formed partnerships of control and market manipulations with other countries, and corporations and re-constructed our “conveyance of Energy rights to develop opportunity”,,, into some misconstrued conveyance of their rights to private ownership of our “Life Essential Energy Needs” under the guise or ruse of our energy being the product of their own free market enterprise endeavor…
Ours, and our loved ones moment to moment daily breathing lives, life forms and stable societies are dependant like all of GOD’s creatures, on our Life Sustaining Energy Needs; Therefore, by stabilizing our life essential energies needs we will assure a better life, and again, in essence, restart and bring back our vibrant true free enterprise market system.

The Declarations as Mandates
We the people, as our government shall draft and pass an INDIVIDUAL ENERGY BILL OF RIGHTS describing and defining our “Life Essential Energy Needs” obligations to our homes and to each other.
All energy shall be recognized as being owned by the citizens of America; And “leased or re-leased at will, and without notice, to/from entities” for the purpose of development and management in our citizens best interest.
No Energy law, contract, agreement, treaty, or pact implied or written, shall have standing where and when there is a reasonably proven hardship impact on a valid community or society energy needs and applications.
No foreign Government, Corporation, Company, Investment Group or Individual shall own or control any AMERICAN ENERGY.
No federal, state, county, or city shall conspire, collaborate, or arrange an alliance or agreement with an Energy Contracted or Leased generation, Transmission, or distribution so as to initiate any fees, taxes, surcharges, charges, or pass-on charges or collections without being placed on a ballot in general election and passed by a 65% margin in favor.
We shall establish a department of Individual Residential Life Essential & Mobility Energy Needs with a single minded goal and obligation to serve our individual and dwelling energy ownership, rights, needs, data, and development, while assuring and protecting our personal freedoms and “quality of life” residential communities
All energy matters in relationship to individual Residential dwelling and personal transport to and from shall be mandated to be a public hearing and required to have sufficient prior public notice in a public radio, print, internet and other media means.
All testimony from those partners, contractor, leasers in dealing with our Energy generation, transmission, and distribution shall be sworn in for testimony and shall be held to standards of law for perjury purposes.
We must move and convert our individual and family residential life essential and mobility energy needs and uses to an all electric and water technology based energy society. (as quickly as possible)
All residential energy development, generation, and research directions shall be preferred to be in “Harmony with Life Cycles” compatible. (harmonic fuels)
All of our energy shall be first obligated to our “Residential Life Essential Energy Needs”.
All Residential energy shall have a designated standing of priority and obligation of reasonable and agreed to amounts to each American Citizen as an individual annual energy allotment at no, or at minimal “true and actual impact cost”.
We will look to others ideas to leave the rest of the energy market economy the same as it is today except for, the fossil fuel producers, feedstock owners, commercial, institutional, industrial, and military sectors shall absorb and bare the burden of all Electrical and water transmission and distribution expenses.
An Individual and home related energy needs annual allotments are based on a formula that should approximate; a1,000 sq ft. with a 2-car heated garage, 20’ x 20’ greenhouse, 1,500 gal water storage tank, 1 (one) harmonic fuel vehicle, 6 ea. Solar panels, 70,000 gallons of family water per year, and a Home Hydrogen generation fuel unit costs Etc…. A complete Dwelling energy package view formula.
Our entire energy infrastructure economy (ie.. all mechanics garages)will look to convert all existing individual residential and home transportation energy needs and uses to all electric and water technology based energies. (Harmonic Energies)
MANDATED --The automobile industry shall collectively, designate, design, produce and sell at 10% above “true and actual cost impact” 3 distinct models of each of the following vehicle models:
Pickup vehicle
Economy vehicle 3 mod X 7 ea of propulsion systems = 21 models total
Passenger vehicle
These 3 models shall each be produced in: (a) all electric, (b) all air, (c) hydrogen gas,
(d) water injection, (e) fuel cell, (f) phev, and (g) magnetic motor design Propulsion Systems.
For purchase by individual citizens.

17 The US Government shall provide $ 500,000,000.oo in 20 to 50 semi- annual and annual Monetary Rewards, recognitions and incentives for individual and company technology and product improvements so as to encourage new ideas, tinkering, and innovation, for the “Residential Life Essential and Home Travel Energy Needs” sector.
Those Energy Generation Facilities which are needed by Commercial, Industrial, manufacturing, or Fossil Fuel Generation Transitioning will be financed by stand alone true free market investment capital and based on “True and Actual Impact Cost Accounting” principled formulas.
18. AND those energy facilities shall still be obligated to assign as first priority their energy to the individual residential energy annual allotment at no charge needs…
19. The US Government shall provide public incentives and tax incentives to individual fossil fuel vehicle owners and for the garage owners for the conversion of existing fossil fuel vehicles to Electric, Fuel Cell, Water, Air, PHEV, HICE, etc..
20. The US Government shall provide funding for a nationwide cable, schools, and internet training, education, service, and awareness courses programs for Electric, air, Hydrogen gas, Fuel Cell Vehicle operation, maintenance, and uses.
21. All community leased, or managed as a Utility Certificated energy ( Electricity and Water) distribution providers shall provide Quality Photovoltaic Solar Panels, Hydrogen Gas Generation Units, Hydrogen Gas Storage Units, Vehicle Batteries, and Vehicle Hookup apparatuses to citizens at .05% above “true and actual impact cost” to the General Public for residential installation by the buyer.

ENERGY POLICY

22. ALL COMPANIES, INDIVIDUALS, AND ANY OTHER ENTITIES EXISTING NOW, PAST AND IN THE FUTURE RELATED TO ANY AND ALL ENERGY RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, GENERATION, OR OTHER APPLICATIONS SHALL;

a) immediately disclose and make public any and all energy patents, formulas, or ideas held in ownership; For public awareness and review.

b) no longer have proprietary information status; All companies in the energy business shall declare all data open records available to the public.
c) Make public all stock holders names, financial interests, foreign contracts and agreements for public review.
23. We must implement a non transferable carbon tax policy immediately on all carbon fuel producers, dist/users, based on Impact, Role, Origin, Volume, and Ownership.
24. Minimum 2 Commercial Hydrogen gas, air, and battery refueling stations per community + Hydrogen gas, air, and battery availability at 2 current old fashioned gas stations
25. Each Community shall develop, install and make available local energy generation and storage capabilities for a minimum of 20% of your residential electrical and water technology based energy needs/uses per year
26. Each community shall construct a means or formula for the understanding of their limits of growth impacts for the purpose of Harmonic Energy capability, compatibility and sustainability as a viable “Quality of Life” community.
27. Any and all energy uses of natural gas, water, electricity, hydrogen, etc. data shall be considered public information and shall not be classified as proprietary.
28. Natural gas shall be called Piped Gas, and all energy shall be referred to as a Product; Not as a Commodity; so as to be more accurate in accountability and understanding of our energy aspects.
29. Energy conservation shall be recognized as a valuable concern and an opportunity to save on energy usage and cost outlays…However; Conservation shall not be used as a means of diversion from the priority task at hand which is clean energy independence & generation.

ETHICS –
30. Any and all Energy employees who acts in a “less than honorable conduct” manner shall suffer the most severe of punishments possible with minimum 10 year sentencing served.


In closing,
By now you realize this is more of a new mind set on energy rather than the nuts and bolts infrastructure designs…Many of these long overdue positions require truthful, thoughtful and unhurried discussions to prove their case, in order to re-distribute and redesign our Energy Paradigms.
WE MUST ESTABLISH PRIORITIES..NOW! Our Individual Residential Life Essential & Mobility Energy Needs are the most important and top priority expenditure.

Alaska must launch a massive study of:
UNDER ICE CURRENT FLOWS (all sub surface ice structures/formations ) AND ICE freezing energy generation and production possibilities! (AND STORAGE, AND STORAGE, AND STORAGE!)
I suggest an immediate 20 to 50 UICF projects around the State. ( I am concerned about extreme weather shifts; Alaska has Extreme Ice Environments to study and there closeness puts us on the front line-first impact , first up for engagement position.) Is there energy in darkness without a solar light source ? I believe the natives have energy available in UICF by channeling and engaging their flows and connectivity to each other as ice, freezing temperatures, and flows of the river and coastal waters.

We ALASKANS, as a state should be producing hydrogen on a large scale and moving all sectors into preparing for the hydrogen economy society.
When you Look at, and assess the amount of wasted youth, of past species deaths, of out years projected deaths, of social, scientific, technology, capital, intellectual, negative impacts and distraction that is occurring by our contrived, manipulated, and criminal obsessive enslavement to fossil fuels ; You realize we have been wasting valuable time in our not producing and learning Hydrogen and Harmonic fuels technological interface, application and viability

And above all ----ENERGY = FREEDOM / FREEDOM = ENERGY
Individual Free Will is what we are about..Without Individual Free Will, there is no Free society, no true free enterprise, and no FREE America.

All money or monetary denominations are constructed and contrived values which have no real-time reality.
Population Control must be considered now; by means of a Certificates of Citizenship to a geographic , Life Essential Energy Needs annual Allotment capacity, essential service, amenities and “Quality of Life” community formulas….We in Alaska have special standing and unusual considerations to make our case.

It appears to me that we need a 24/7, CNN like Alaska Channel for us the Citizens so we can see most all of our state’ meetings and energy issues collectively to come along quickly. This is very important so that we can see and understand the many other needs to be fixed, like a full time legislature and other items.

A new age energy based society – “genesis"

Its been a long time a commin; But; We got it – and We do get it!
In order for us to be a truly free people, along with our loved ones and families in ours and our neighbors home; we must never again be obligated to another country, company, person, or entity in any way, in order to secure our “Life Essential Energy Needs”!
We get it; We now understand,, In order for our families, neighborhoods, communities, and societies to have “social and economic stability” and a “quality of life”, we must have,, our owed and obligated to each other, “life essential energy needs” made available in reasonable and agreed to amounts to our residential sector annually at no charge!
After long reflections and many, many painful hardships of “energy by greed” management experiences, we now, can come to no other conclusion or resolution.

And to those who call us, our loved ones, our families and homeowners names like; socialists, commies, free loaders, anti business, anti free enterprisers, free lunchers, want something for nothing, lazy, “It’s a sad day”, “Oil Company Haters”, Pea Brains, etc.,,--,,

Well, we as a society united in common benefit and the pursuit of happiness, must recognize those name calling, socially corrupted, predators, parasites, shills, and profit by plundering thieves, disguised as politicians, non-profit bodies, benevolent corporations, and quasi-intelligent or entertaining persons, who use Radio, TV, and Print Media to Broadcast their vile, nasty, lying, baseless, corrupted, spit venom comments, propaganda, crippled commentaries, echo interviews, and “panels of the like minded lacking in thinking”, and their “pound the message formulas” for who and what they are; 0s ! And then we must take them to task and accountability for their role in keeping us an energy subjugated and enslaved people? (boycott, votes cast, ask them to move out? )

Our only other recourse or direction for us to take, is to divide our society in two distinct cities, camps or schools of thought based on RESIDENTIAL ENERGY NEEDS perspectives;
This division of our society will consist of a “fossil fuel distribution network system” and their economic, moral and other philosophies;
AND
A new harmonic fuels based society in which we will restart and reconstruct our current society into a Residential Energy new age energy based community. This new society will own its own electricity and look to move our homes, transportation, and other sectors to an all electricity and water technology based energies.
In looking to move to a new energy based society we will also recognize long overdue social and economic problems which need stabilizing.

The fossil fuel feedstock’s price, availability, delivery and overall accountability to the “fossil fuel dependant users” will be from suspect to volatile, to non existent! One gasping moment after another of uncertainty.!

Ladies and Gentlemen, The whole world is looking at ENERGY; ALL ENERGIES! I am not absolutely sure where we are headed, but we are never going back to where we were; except for HYDRO ELECTRIC, and I expect we will be going there with an attitude!

Alaska’s time has come to be an energy powerhouse! But, will the leaders of Alaska
make this happen ? I would think Chugach Electric would be leading the way!

Look, I thought we all got the message; Finally!

( AGIA is to secure Alaskans short term jobs and our future fossil fuel revenues from those outside of Alaska who will be stuck on fossil fuels, while we developed our vast renewable low cost Electric and Water based hydro-xygens fuels for our homes and families)
Never again were we supposed to be an economically subjugated and enslaved peoples, toiling in the fields of unfair laws, rules, labors and taxes and fees "so as to maintain the petty stock portfolios profits of a few", because those few investors didn't want to work hard, or sweat too much.. or felt they were the chosen and entitled; As opposed to being true free enterprisers...

I pray your people will not fall to the Dark Side of the Energy Merchants.

For much too long now, you have been such a more deserving "Great Peoples of the North"; It is past the time for your energy ownership; And I suggest to you that your new energy ownership should be made "of new and exciting opportunities", "of things to behold", "the stuff that dreams are made of", energies of the children's interests and future; The stuff that sustains all living plants, creatures, and life forms; Including our own and the known universe!

I as an older warrior who has seen several energy battles, am saddened that you stand alone in struggle against the dark forces of the Coal and Fossil Fuel Marketers.
Who would have thought this struggle would start in Fairbanks?
I thought it started here in Anchorage with the announcement by Mayor Begich of a new Gas Fired Generation Power Plant; Instead, it appears the Coal and Gas Fired Energy Marketers have opened two fronts;
One location with heavy political influence in Anchorage for Natural Gas and the other by Coal in energy challenged Fairbanks.. Hmmmm.. (with trucks coming and going daily to and from ANS fields)

We are recycling to a new society; An all electric and water based home energy society.
And I for one, and on behalf of one man only, will damn sure give you my share, of my energy fund and other Alaska funds that give me freedom, to you and your children so that you will not be an enslaved by coal energy peoples;

Fairbanks has and will always have a warm home in my heart; (To this day still, i have loved your big hearts and rugged freedom filled spirits) I left a piece of my heart there many years ago, of which "my piece left, space" continues to make me think warm and freedom loving thoughts;
You Fairbanks people, who so love your individual freedoms, did that to me; So, maybe, in this small way of comments, i can pay you back for what you gave me; which was a wonderful feeling of knowing real people who not only loved their individual freedoms, but their neighbors individual freedoms equally, as well, !
In my book, a freedom given, is a freedom owed, and i gladly give back to you which you gave to me; which forever changed me.. "The love of individual freedoms" , And how could living life be any other way ?

You should understand that most of my energy comments and concerns are to be applied to Residential / Housing Units or Dwellings.
It is from our individual shelters which all societies are derived and maintained. ( we must move our homes to all electricity and water based technologies including electric, air, water transportation, greenhouse attachments and water needs; As well as move to an annual all electric home energy allotment formula)
It is in our dwellings that each of us seeks solitude, safety, love, birth, healing, values, sharing, and many, many other individual freedoms.
It is your "Life Essential Energy Needs" secure neighbor who grows us most of the things we love and share... And in that growth from neighbors to neighborhoods, to communities, cities, etc.,, we in our energy secure dwellings/homes afford many opportunities to those;
who seek endeavors of personal, corporate, company, or intellectual prosperity and other pursuits like: Free Enterprise, Commerce, Libraries, Hospitals, Banking, Schools, Universities, Bureaucracies, Religions, Law Enforcement, Laws, Taxes, Essential Services, Roads......etc, etc,
(And; I am still trying to figure out how we conveyed our ownership of our GOD GIVEN Life Sustaining Essential Energy Needs resources that we all have to have for our homes and to live, to some corporation so as to be, an "at will economically plucked, plundered, parasited, and profiteered upon while in our homes, peoples".)

Ref: I listened to gavel to gavel Ms Fairclough chairwoman discussion and this is my comments to that broadcast meeting.

Ladies and Gentlemen, (home/dwelling energy = individual freedom)

First,
Please reach out to the public and notify us of any and all of your meetings or discussions so that we might come along with you as an Alaskan family interested in all of our welfare and wellbeing. ( pretty sure i eeed you on this.) We need a space in newspaper to place all energy meetings for the public to be notified....not just an insiders web page....
We continue to see leaders meeting in near quasi secrecy by means of "negligence to inform" cover.

I continue to be concerned about not being updated weekly by our Energy Director, Our Legislature, Our Governor, OR someone......so we can participate and learn and help to move our society quickly to a more stable community position...

With the greatest of respect for Mr. Irwin, sir,, I am not sure i understand clearly what
is meant by "Not re-invent the wheel", cryptic terms like these are usually used to send a message in short hand, and i really think that it is especially important for you folks to think out loud in noun and adjective abundant, frank, honest, unhurried, interrogative and clear minded thinking questions and conversations......
The rest of the world will be (and is, right now) having the same conversation you should be haveing now...i would hope we, or you would be setting the bar as a great energy state of Alaska leader should be doing.......

You, our leaders should be feilding calls all day long from Energy relevant interests wanting to come here and show us their products and projects for sale and partnerships; And them wanting to pay for own way....yeh, thats what im talkin bout...!
Energy Relevant Interests is the key....have we decided yet what they are? hmmmm

In considering a visit to a foreign country on same latitudes, I suggest you line up an AGIA like hearings and testimonies from these countries by some means so that you can learn us all up with you.....

AN idea, --- initiate a sub-task force (outside of your staffs!! (this is very important-do not use your staffs!!)) and call up Norway, Iceland, Greenland, Portugal, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Canada, Russia, etc...and offer to pay airfare and a weeks room and board for one person to come and bring us a wide array of product information by means of video and learning tools and this way you can put them on camera and assign others to interview and at the same time learn up your society and then when you go you can really enjoy your visit,,,,Why would 10 or 20 fly to somewhere when you could learn up 600,000 people and then you guys fly over...
You could be doing this public learn up and education while we wait for our SURPRISE
ENERGY VISION Christmas present.....3 months from now...

----Issue a list of our ENERGY interests....
----A questionnaire for the other countries to tell us what they think should be our priorities
----Have you received a list from AEA, AIDEA, ISER, City Councils, Mayors, APA, Chugiak, or anyone with a sense of direction as to where we need to go...??
----Please, Please invite, GM, Nissan, Toyota, China Motors, Honda to come and tell us about their Electric Vehicles, Fuel Cell, PHEV, and Air Car production dates..2009-2011..IF you dont think this is important -- ask me why-- and listen to the testimony from judiciary committee questions of the local refineries..
---How about Japan electric, PGE, Edison Electric, and others using Electric vehicles big time mileage in service....
--How about T-boone Pickens? ---Several micro and medium sized water or hydro-electric generator suppliers to come and testify
---How about the auto dealers for converting our autos to Hydrogen and Electric
-------How about making sure (ferc) we can fast track our much needed small hydro-electric projects is anyone on top of this?

IF you mention COAL or Natural Gas in any way, I for one, want to understand the context of the use and who is moving it...Lets have a hard discussion on this...!!!!!

And, i cant repeat or stress this enough,,,,
,My interest is in individual RESIDENTIAL LIFE ESSENTIAL ENERGY NEEDS including Transportation to and from the residence..

There is such great opportunity to get things done and develop an Energy Vision for Alaska and get going....Look, you guys have gone through a great learning lesson on and in energy.,..you are now prepared to move..
and what are you doing,?? I am not sure... you seem to be laid back like on vacation or something,,,,( HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET TO CHANGE THE WORLD, OR LEAD)
Some kind of semi-catatonic state, or lack of self-confidence, or overwhelmed, or god forbid,, the usual and worst is most people fall over when you talk energy...

Ya know, you could be having these product, concept, project, country representatives on screen now and not even be there... you could assign the moderation and questioning until you or one of you want to arrive,,, its simply managing time and delegating...

I HOPE YOU ALL REALIZE I AM EXCITED NOT FOR ENERGY; NOPE; BUT FOR THE FREEDOM IT WILL BRING US AS A PEOPLES AND FOR OUR CHILDREN.....

IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE: I continue to hear that “our constitution will not let us move or sell our resources at less than market value”….I am very concerned about this position comment being used as some form of cover for our political leaders to give themselves cover along with the producers, distributors, and refiners. I know of no contract, pact, agreement, or treaty implied or written, which conveys to a society the right to be injurious to itself and have standing, body, relevance or consideration..I think our leaders have mis-construed or mis-interpreted our forefathers intentions for our resources.
I do admit I need to hear and see this discussion further in more detail.

Note:
I am presuming you will share this (and the the Plan”, Begich Letter”, Obama Letter”) with your entire body of members, all of your members and their memberships, and The Public as Well,,, I would and will be very disappointed if you do not….
I have seen races where special interest candidates use questionnaires like this and others to learn themselves up from an adversarial view or circulate these for a more like minded view of another candidate without the general public knowing so…

In my case, I think that one of our main problems is the secrecy we have been allowing to happen in our governing bodies..there are some (many) personal things in my life which I prefer to be private,,, and if chosen by the public to hold their full faith and trust my life will from then on be pretty much public.

But, for the time being this information is and should be considered public and I will fell free to send it to others as I have with the ADN questionnaire.

I hope you will understand that I have tried to answer many of these unexpected and personal questionnaires in some individual way, not repeating what I said in another one…not doing a canned thing…
I think each of us is really more than we see of each other….

1.) About the Candidate. What motivated you to run for Mayor of Anchorage? What will be your primary areas of focus if elected?
Anchorage has a chance to be a leading city with world recognition for not just the BIG WILD LIFE, but rather as a first city of understanding its relationship to ENERGY, CLEAN ENERGY and its role in a new and more free community

To attempt to communicate to a community as a whole body…which we seem to be being denied as a citizenry… there is or are fewer and fewer ways and means for us to hear one another’s opinions and views unless we are moneyed up or belong to some group or influence apparatus outside of the average individuals availability….

Please note, there are many issues long overdue in need of correction…..
The Electrification of our Anchorage Residential Community and the many wonderful and new innovations and freedoms this will breach ..Not to mention the economic opportunities that will be introduced.

--Political Corruption,
--Means of Public Dialog by camera videoing up community centers to broadcast on live cable channels.
--Major Tidal, current, and in line river Hydroelectric and hydrogen projects in our Cook Inlet areas around Anchorage

Please see my AND questionnaire..which was the first to be done and therefore because I thought it would be the only one ,,, it may contain more shortend insight into my candidacy…





2.) Environmental Philosophy. What is your personal environmental philosophy? What environmental issues are important to you? Please include any examples of things you have done to show environmental leadership in the Anchorage community.
I am not sure where the Environmental Groups are at in their Vision for Alaska…

God knows, I have certainly tried to raise Energy Awareness in the community by means of talk radio, e-mailing legislature, flyers on cars, or attending various groups and organizational meetings, then raising or challenging them to questions and review of their positions..
I am the one who relocated and have drawn attention to the 1981, 241 page study to convert Old Harbor to an all Hydrogen Gas fueled community… “Hydrogen Use in Alaska” (A one of its kind study in the world ?)……

Please read my The Plan, the letter to Obama, My letter to Begich, the AND questionnaire submitted last week..I have written many views on Energy and a Water based energy society..
My primary concern is our residential dwellings Individual Life Essential Energy Needs priorities and applications…..

I am encouraged a great deal by what appears to be Mr. Obama’s realization that we need to electrify our entire society,,, starting with our residential needs and uses….




3.) Funding & Budget. Which statement best describes your view when considering the municipal budget?

____ Municipal spending is too high and we must continue to make cuts.
____ The most important thing when considering the budget is that we continue to make cuts and reduce taxes.
____ The most important thing when considering the budget is to work within the available dollars without raising taxes, even if we have to cut services.
__X__ The most important thing when considering the budget is to provide adequate services and protect our quality of life, while making sure the budget is balanced.
____ We need to hold the line as best we can while committing to a long term fiscal plan that diversifies our revenue stream.

_I think we may have to view cities in new means of some form
of formula…all societies have to evolve or perish, and with a greater understanding of our relationship to all other creatures and paradigms of life as we know it; It may now be the time to review CITIES as we know them….
And imperative to this evolutionary city formula review, is our New Awareness of CLEAN ENERGY, (harmonic fuels) of Electricity (magnetic fields- the male,,, and Water- hydrogen gas - atom -the female energies
After all of these years in some ways as a kind of energy activist… I am sensing a great new awareness of Energy in relationship to the universe and all living creatures,, a kind of common connection which has always been here, we just now seem to be becoming more in tune or aware of it….if you individually rate the importance of the 3 below, one can only conclude that without Energy there is no existence of life….or liberty or population.

4.) Funding & Budget. Please highlight how you plan to address the Municipality’s $17 million budget deficit. What specific cuts, if any, would you make to reduce the deficit?
I am not sufficiently informed….However; I would look at such things in addition to public safety , as schools, alcohol, tobacco, outside laborers, illegal immigrants sending out money and a wide variety of other areas..
I really believe we are not having the discussion we need to be having…. It is not the cuts we should be looking at rather ,, it is our priorities as a species gathered in a dense collective called a city which should be the discussion
AND
We all should be looking at the darkest of economic outcomes that may be arriving soon if many of the so called economic experts are correct..
My family owned up to 14 corporations over many years and the first thing we always did was to assess the worst possible outcome,, the fall back positions…hence, our priorities.

I am very concerned about our Economic health as a nation and as a state, I think see unusual constructs occurring quietly in the background along with too many other surface and attention getting concerns…..the scale of and intent of these is confusing and misleading ….in many ways…..

((My assessment… Nearly MASSIVE UNCERTAINTIES ! ))…and I cant tell if they are being constructed, or as a result of, events;
therefore,,, we need to fall back to Clean Energy and Clean Water and Clean Basic Food for our residential security….NOW…now being for the next 5 years….All sectors should come together and allocate their funding into a common expenditure pool for the purposes of implementing and building numerous Clean Electricity and Water Projects along with some constructs for Green House Food Supplies…

Sustainability should be replaced by Harmony…..Sustainability is no longer the issue; Rather, it is will we be able to exist in harmony with our planet in all facets and of those facets we cannot be in harmony with, what are the ramifications and new solutions….




5.) Climate Change. Which of the following most accurately reflects your view:

6.) Land-use and Planning. Do you support the implementation of the vision, goals and objectives of the Anchorage 2020, Anchorage Bowl Comprehensive Plan through Title 21?

Again, I need to be more informed ….I am very interested in the Residential Dwellings and its Energy needs
Humor ( I think the grass yards would serve us better if we were to grow edible foods for our selves, neighbors, and the wild life…..

I support PT, but want it done with new means of transportation, ie Electric, Hydrgen, Air, or other technology leading us to a more beneficial society and keeping our children in the forefront of understanding the new energy technonogies which I think are headed our way with an attitude…





13.) Public Transit. Would you support funding for the Regional Transit Authority to aid commuters traveling between Anchorage and the Mat-Su? Why or why not? Would you opinion change if Federal funds were allocated for this purpose?
I want to hear and see more ideas on this as I look at Anchorage and the Mat-Su surrounding areas as unique in their resources available to them to launch a great new or next city / community design..




14.) Public Transit. Do you support the state providing operating support for public transportation?

I would support it if it were part of a package..

A Large Multi Platform Pillar Design cable based bridge design so we could initiate multiple hydroelectric in line current , tidal, and above and below ice flow projects for Electricity Generation… a kind of Research Center of World Renown stature….
Studying, Cook Inlet Wide Area ,,,,,River, Tidal, Shore line Channeling, interfacing, and understanding of stress forces for the purpose of River and Shoreline villages of Alaska for nearly immediate electrical power generation, storage and transmission
For the purposes of Residential needs primarily,,,,,
I could go much further in this wonderful opportunity around the “MAC BRIDGE Interests”

I want to see and hear the PLAN…. I have again some concerns about our priorities of expenditures and think we may have lost site of some fundamental reasons we are a great nation
The Port is important, but in what application, cost, vision, and to whom…etc..

__X__ With financial support from the city and encouragement from the community, recycling programs (curbside, drop-off locations, school recycling etc.) can become a viable part of Anchorage's overall waste management plan.
