6.. Mandate all illegal Alien Immigrations collaborations to be a crime with fines, penalties, and public reprimands/disclosures

6a.. We will find a public disclosure means for having outside help that works for a temporary time and must give job to local citizens and leave at our request.

25.. Look to build, find, allot, realize some Legislature Hall for our Legislature to be moved here or hold meetings of accountability to the general anchorage population … Or we will create our own political bodies…We can not sustain a government in absenteeism and unenlightened.

26…Anchorage will launch its own Statewide Video, Audio, and high Technology Broadcasting Band to monitor all of our political and economic activity as a community wide access body….

27..We will look closely at standards and ethics of Radio Talk Show Hosts role as entertainers… a kind of disclaimer is needed due to the misrepresentation and slander of people and of historical events that
some of our talk show hosts are doing,,, as well as talk show hosts banning citizens from calling in with equal time

32… Something is wrong In Alaska !!!! In Anchorage !!! There is a Worm in the Woodpile…..We should be revenue plentiful and a bountiful, vibrant, abundant, inviting, and open City… Oil Companies, Politicians, etc

33…We will review all of the downtown, commercial, and industrial merchants relationship to the Citizens of Anchorage Energies and Property Tax needs..

34..we will launch Major Clean Hydroelectric Projects around and in our geographic circle of influences

34a.. We will debt retire those clean electricity generation projects so as to be a more free people

35…..we will require a public disclosure of all employees of their National, City, and legal status by all employers….

36… All energy Residential Generation, Transmit ion, Distribution, and other residential energy needs providers will disclose all by who, when, where, and in what amounts of our energy data….

37… Launch the new Hydrogen Gas energy based infrastructure by asking the major oil companies to install 4 Hydrogen Gas refueling stations in our Anchorage area so we can start to experiment and convert our
Homes and in addition we will expect a sincere, sharing, open and loving partnership.

38. We will recognize that we have two very important , simultaneous and parallel Energy economic sectors which need developing equally and quickly.. ( both long and short )

B...Historical and Traditional Fossil Fuels

49..We will hold world summit or conferences for our Alaskan engineers to design and build – Brave new Engineering Designs for our Cook Inlet /Turnagain and Knik Arm Tidal, current, ice subsurface water flows, breakup surface crawlers, inline and in river hydroelectric generation needs— Ice stresses, etc..
Because new technologies may be advancing more rapidly than expected and because Traditional Large Dams may require too long of a design and construct time periods
A) A year round Arctic Inlet inline and sub ice surface flows, shorelines, etc. Hydro Power Plant with an attached vehicle crossing platform to Point Mac Kenzie – Under Water and Surface Ice Flow Technologies
B) A major Tidal Electricity Power Plant in Cook Inlet-Turnagain area

Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is my belief that if we as Alaskans ( in this case as Anchorage Citizens) come together in helping each other by setting aside our differences and bringing all of our revenue allocations, funding and generation to bear on clean energy, we will within the next 3 to 6 years breach a nearly Shangri-La like Anchorage City .
We are about to enter a new evolution as an Energy Aware Based Society-A society in Energy, Economic, and Population Harmony.
(When you look at all of the sectors in our community and society that are either out of control or not able to continue to be funded, it becomes imperative to secure our homes and dwellings energies needs first as apriority.)
This new evolution will be represented by Magnetic fields as electricity in many different ways and designs; And by Hydro-xygens as Water Based Energy Technologies like Geothermal, Solar, Wind, Coastal, Tidal, Current, Steam, Under Ice Current flows, Air, Hydrogen Gas and other water related fuels.
This wonderful and exciting new Energy Aware Evolution will intersect and popcorn up in many areas; But the most impacting and again exciting is the convergence with our Residential Dwellings…

In converting our Residential Homes into being all electric in lighting, heating, cooling, waste water, clean water, auto transportation, greenhouse foods, and home hydrogen gas generation we :

1… We will have an abundance of unprecedented prosperity, security, and Individual Free Will…. A Startrek like moment.
2….The innovative and educational economic opportunities will be magnificent and long lasting.
3…The Middle age citizens will be in a wonderful retirement position
4.. The young as our children will most likely want for not… because they will occupy the new Energy Evolution Planet Wide impact as possibly its leaders or amongst its leaders…
5.. Our In Harmony Energy will require us to bring balance in several areas, like population balance, recycling, responsible marriages, child birthing, and parenting.
6… the application of these fast paced, rapid, and eager to be recognized and improved on Clean Energy Technologies
Should be a veritable Jungle Floor like in Opportunities for free enterprise undertakings and commerce.

The Magnetic Fields and Hydro-xygen Rivers, Lakes, Shorelines, Oceans, Streams and all of the creatures who live in them will communicate, sense, wish and hope with each other for our arrival.

WE AS ANCHORAGE CITIZENS AND AS THE ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL HUB OF ALASKA WILL CONSTRUCT AND IMPLIMENT ALASKAS’ LONG OVERDUE AND MISSING PIECE…..CLEAN ELECTRICAL ENERGY IN ABUNDANCE BY VIRTUE OF OUR VAST WATER PARTNERSHIP POTENTIAL.

– WE WILL FACE MANY FEARFUL REFLECTIONS, QUESTIONS, DOUBTS, AND APPREHENTIONS IN THIS BRAVE AND LONG OVERDUE ENERGY AWARENESS…JUST AS YOUR FORFATHERS AND MOTHERS DID IN FINALLY DECIDING TO COME TO A PLACE CALLED ALASKA..while having the family think they were stupid, foolish, and little more than dreamers… so it is again, that time; Only, this time, it is Your and your children’s time!
