(With particular attention to Mr. Coffee because of his thorough, detailed, critical, and legal thinking capabilities)

Mr. Mayor, and Council Body,
I am very concerned that we as a community are not discussing important issues as Mayoral Candidates in these perhaps, most unusual of times in our history, as a country, state, and city.

1..Please E-mail to me the following information requests so the information has official and historical accountability.


2..Please call for, fund, and make happen a live all day (1-3 days) candidate forum for a Calm and Unhurried Mayoral Candidates Discussion with public participation on the many City issues facing us as a community within the next 10 days... You can do this!
a…With the purchase/lease of at least one portable 3 camera Robot Camera System ( where we can actually see faces ) for live broadcasting of this public participatory event.
b.. have timely notice to the public and
c..to be held in a central location outside of this council chamber ?
d.. preferably The Marston Theater or larger
e..without having to pay for parking


3..An individual and departmental accountable sourced and orderly summarized informational print out of The Anchorage City's:

4..TOTAL ANNUAL USE OF

---ELECTRICITY, ( # of bldgs per meter )
---WATER, ( Electricity Power generation breakout)
---GASOLINE, DIESEL, OIL, NATURAL GAS, PROPANE, and/or OTHER fuels-energies

5..Per Month
--Per Department Title ( include number of buildings per Dept, meter, or use allocation)
--Dept Authorization Name and flow chart
--Company Name of Suppliers ( and principle parties acting with city)
--Who is in charge ( head of) of overall or All of the Anchorage City Energies and fuels purchases, budget, and accounting
--Who in the city administration negotiates Energies/fuels purchase contracts and arrangements?

6..If you as an individual or as a body do not know these answers and ask for them, and are denied this information, i would like to know who in the city administration denied you this public information; And why they did. Pdk
