Mr. Anderson,

1-- your statement about "the complaint process is open to you" is unclear to me as i am a simple man and not a lawyer!
My email to you was a request to give Verbal and Video testimony without writing because it is hard for us little people to write these constructs of events of an injustice or perceived injustices.
We are still waiting for your answer! ( and I am not even aware of any "Statute of Limitations")!????

2--In reference to the Commission having meetings where we are welcome to present oral testimony on concerns, your next meeting date, our welcome invitation to attend, the rules of giving testimony to 3 minutes in length, telephone access, etc...

Well, Mr Anderson, Here is my concerns as wishes,,
we are asking you and a capable body representing APOC and other community bodies of justice to intervene in this matter of multiple injustices. by:
demanding now, that KTUU channel 2,
The school district as the facility,
and the current anchorage mayoral candidates panel who have by “collusion of inclusion”;
cease and desist, cancel, or "make right" this upcoming injustice;

Or include the other candidates by extending the debate time allotment to 1 to 3 days so that we might have a true and constitutional Candidates For Anchorage Mayor Debate..

You have this capacity to do this now; In public; Or to facilitate another branch of responsible parties to intervene....!? Why not?








Need I remind you that this is:
1.. A public facility paid for in part, by a nearly $800 million per year budget that belongs to us the People
and has no inherent right to deny citizens the right to participate in the facilities fairly,
or to be a part of or engage in collusion of intent to conduct such an
act so to facilitate or enable our exclusion from a public facility event.

2..The Top Cop or police official of our state is a party to this;
a…He also stood for a story with our Governor which went nationwide and cost a lot of $ based on
certain values and
b..this top cop is an Alaska Native
c.. and honorary chief who’s native history reflects being an inclusive peoples

3...Our acting Mayor is a candidate--
a-- how can you represent all of the people if you participate in denying another or a group of other
citizens the same privilege as you..A sworn obligation to uphold.
b...Our acting Mayor is at an advantage now because he receives more than $ 4,400.oo every 2
weeks of our tax monies of which we little people do not have much money
c...a member of " The Alaska State Bar " and a practicing attorney.
d… A member of a Law Firm ???

4...We have a sitting Anchorage City Council member who
a…has a Doctorate degree lending to a state of full awareness of her actions in denying our
participation
b.. Represents a reflection of our UAA institution and the highest standards of achievements and
community spirit
c…And who propounds a position of being able to bring people together

5..We have a millionaire business man who
a…has served 9 years on our city council and
b..who’s father is a former mayor of Anchorage who sometimes comes to these events

6...We have a police officer who has served 30 years on our behalf protecting our families and our sense
of justice by upholding our laws and conveyance of unwritten laws..

7.. Mr. Anderson, This cries out for justice now...
Not; Oh, lets wait and see what happens next week or some other time....
You have no right to look the other way on this "Time is of The Essence matter"!!

This response is an acknowledgement of this email and your earlier email I received on April 1st. I appreciate meeting with you this week and again advise you that the Complaint process that we discussed is open to you up to the statute of limitations period.

I also wish to advise you that the Commission has a public comment period at their meetings and that would be an appropriate forum to orally discuss your concerns of issues including but not limited to not receiving invitations to forums as a Mayoral candidate or other general concerns that you have with the laws we administer. The next Commission meeting is set for April 23rd and 24th. I will email you with the public comment time period during the meeting once the schedule has been finalized.

You should be aware of the following public comment language adopted by the Commission:
"Public Comment Policy for Testimony on Matters not on the Agenda: The Commission welcomes public testimony on matters not included on the Commission’s agenda during the public comment portion of a Commission meeting. Members of the public may testify orally, by telephone if arranged before the meeting or in writing if comments are provided before the meeting adjourns. Public comment will be limited to three minutes per person, unless arrangements are made in advance. Adopted May 24, 2000. Revised December 1, 2000. Alaska Public Offices Commission"

In the notes below, i forgot we also have the Top Cop who is a Native who are an inclusive people, a Multi millionaire who father was a Mayor and attending these events....

Jerry, IF this does not cry out for our community review as a society then i dont know what does.......And i have just made my case on public radio for a matter of public awareness..

I think we need use this moment at this location with all of the parties gathered to address this issue even if we have to go into the discussion for a solid week at this location with the cameras and all parties .....

Let’s be a better people, now, here and now ,,, like our forefathers who had to seize moments of injustice to make a stand.....
