Mr. Secretary,


I am mused by our meeting outside of Colorado, Southern Colorado, and the San Louis Valley, in such a remote and wondrous place as Alaska and her coastline Energy assets interests.

This gives consideration to the reflection about life; "its all in the Journey, not the end".
In reflecting again, we seem to be meeting in intersections of great potentials, players, concerns. and moments where our responsible stewardship and awareness of Clean ENERGY is of the ESSENCE..

Its nice to see you again....and i would like to meet with you to show you something very special here in Alaska... Alaska, Mr. Secretary, is even more than most understand or realize her to be; And i would ask for a meeting with you to explain this special Alaska Genesis Place, Time and Plan for your consideration.

In regards to my testimony today, you will no doubt hear from many compelling and competing thoughts.
I hope my views today will wedge into your consideration because my views go to foundational positions....

There are those among us who have forgotten that the American Dream was to be a more free person and people, Own land, and own our home.
It is I suggest to you, and others gathered here today, that it is only now that we all seem to realize that it is Our in Harmony Clean Energies of Water Hydrox-ygens (Hydrogen gas) and Electricity (Magnetic Fields) which are our final frontiers of challenges
We are about to become a great new community of new experiences of freedoms and free wills,,,

1...We must sector out into an area of its own,, All aspects of our """Individual Residential Life Essential Energy Needs""" Mr. Secretary we must have special and accountable leadership in this standalone sector....
With our focus on our IRLEENs outside of the other areas of energy use ((such as Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, and Military users)) we will be best able to hold stability of our communities and other society infrastructures...
In addition we will from here be able to address population balance which is accellerating its looming importance and impact very quickly now.

2...We must have full disclosure of all Energy matters of information involved in Who, What, When, Where, and Distribution agreements around contents and usages,,,
THIS IS CRITICAL --THE PUBLICS BUSINESS BE PUBLIC !! Or else, we do not do business with those who cannot operate on "out in the open and all on top of the table services"

3...We must require these Multinational and New World Order companies to show us their business plan for their current advanced research indicators reasoning’s for the purposes of development and marketability of Hydrocarbon, Fossil, and Radioactive Fuels because these fuels and their management have shown and have histories of the severest magnitude for individuals, climates, and all plant and live forms of the planet as a whole..

...b--investments by our science and technology institutions in steel pipe and earth work
instead of air and above ground research for electricity transmission and envelope

...c--Mr. Secretary,,, One has to ask how can we all see brave new frontiers in energy
developments and ideas,, and yet, at the same time
""the NEW WORLD OIL AND GAS COALITONS"
continue to invest in DIRTY, dark and death dealing CARBONS mega projects of
one sort or another... This begs some concrete questions and answers based
on research data..... What is going on here?? How can we be drilling many miles
into an ocean floor for hydrocarbons when new technologies are headed
elsewhere.?/ ?????????????????????????????

4...We must implement " TRUE AND ACTUAL IMPACT COST ACCOUNTING"

5...HYDROX-YGENS ----We must move now, and quickly, to begin our new all Hydrogen Gas Economy for our Residential Dwellings so that our children will be able to begin to transition into the new Hydrogen Economy Education...( see several Auto and other home hydrogen refueling stations)

6...We must recognize the distraction and diversion of our engineering and technology brain power resources from other exciting new technologies by these large isolated and remote to public under sea operations, long gas line land impacts, and other materials and monetary impacts

7...POPULATION BALANCE -- If you look at all economies from a small town stable
population as a model of growth expansion and contraction



8....ALASKA MYSTERIES --

No or Minimum Hydroelectric Development,
No Hydrogen Development,
