Initiate the Genesis Energy Team for the purpose of : a $7 billion clean energy pilot project

A--The IMMEDIATE all clean electric electrification of all Residential Dwellings in the Anchorage + area
B--By designing and constructing for residential only first use; viable multiple Water Technology and Harmonic Energy Electricity generation, transmission, distribution and storage projects in the Knick Arm, Turnagain Arm, Cook Inlet and/or area within a 25 mile radius of anchorage.
C--With the primary focus / intent of understanding by true and actual clean energy applications, a community wide agreed upon up to a $0 finance charge for an annual allotment amount of energy per person per dwelling use; And its greater individual, social, environmental and financial impacts.
This annual allotment of energy shall consist of Clean Water, Clean Electricity and or other Harmonic Energy/Fuels such as air, magnetic, hydrogen gas, water, or 0 carbon based source.

D--Within a 3 to 6 years Anchorage shall represent our new or next design RESIDENTIAL community in harmony; with Quality of Life, Individual Residential Life Essential Energy Needs, Harmonic Energies, Environmental, Social, Individual Transportation, Free Enterprise, Population, Financial, Employment, Food products and other infrastructures PRIORITIES.

E—In our flash overview conclusion, it is recognized that we must deal with POPULATION BALANCE by someone, at some time and place;
The case can be made that Alaska is for sure, that place, at this time and for this administration and local people to begin population balance impacts and limitations…
By the recognition of Alaska Special Considerations and presidential decree we must seal the current population of Alaska to its current P-Fund recipients and their offspring for the next 10 years for the purposes of designing a new civilization for the betterment of Alaska, the rest of America, and the World..

It has now become apparent to me that we are engaged in some form of war; Or ‘war like struggle’ for the very protection of the planet itself; if not our individual freedoms, physical and fiscal well being of ourselves and our children; along with the many other species of plant and living creatures who share our existence.
And, it appears the Fossil Fuelers are not going to relinquish to harmonic fuels without a full fledged and bloody WAR like undertaking!
The essence or center of this War or War like struggle appears to be ENERGY; Or, our individual moment to moment individual life sustaining need for clean and in harmony Water and Electricity versus Profit and power rewards offered by the dark and death carbon based fossil fuels developers and their money market managers.
Do to our long and self indulgent denial of this ENERGY OWNERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT WAR , events are now beginning to have or show potentially large magnitudes of unprecedented or never before experienced impacts;
These impacts of potentially unknown consequences of fabric like interactions are now showing a possibility of increase in accelerated cascading sequences with outcomes of even greater unknown impacts due to even more potential multiple accumulations and intersections of impacts,,,, PHEW !!
In plain language,
we are now realizing that it is getting scary out there right now, but we sense it could go way past scary very quickly and very soon. If we don’t do something NOW!
THIS IS A WAR..NO DOUBT ABOUT IT !
WE HAVE TO MOVE AND MOVE NOW !

WHERE TO – WHAT WITH – WHO WITH – WHAT FOR – HOW TO DO – WHY --- AMOUNT OF , TO—
PRIOITIES, PRACTICALITIES, ARE SOME THINGS CONNECTED ?
WHAT HAS TO BE DROPPED QUICKLY ?
HOW DO WE HOLD ON ?
CAN WE AFFORD TO TRANSITION?
IS THIS ANOTHER QUIT SMOKING EVENT, IN THAT THERE IS NO TAPERING OFF!
WE MUST CUT OUR LOSSES AND PRAY FOR THE BEST!

In defining it we need to recognize that we have
“A LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATIONS PROBLEM !” ?

THE IT, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN IS OUR PRIORITIES!
it = Redefining and reconstructing our PRIORITIES so as to be a more free people through our individual ownership of clean land, dwelling, water, and electricity (our individual residential life essential energy needs)
Lets try this out, (keep in mind balance and reasonableness in things ) we were supposed to strive and to passage on by honorable means, to own land, a dwelling, grow food, and be a more free people!
It is and was that simple. Some worked harder, or were more fortunate, or had some loved one give them more And We simply did not know how important clean Water and Electricity were for us to live and live more free.. Now we do!
So, Now, Today, still, we all want:
to own land, dwelling, and clean water and electricity to grow enough food to live a “quality of life” life, and be a more free people.
This is not much different than before with the exception of us now realizing we need to own our “Individual Residential Life Essential Energy Needs” which are clean water and electricity..

However: Because our leadership has neglected our Individual Residential Life Essential Energy Needs evolution and ownership we are now heavily invested in and impacted by the Dark, Death and Dastardly Carbon Heavy Fossil Fuel Molecule!
Our chore before us to convert and evolve our society as it should have been done, now requires many times more the effort and coordination we should have had to invest.
In order for us to construct our past due and updated evolution we will have to collectively dialog and define our priorities again.
It is this authors position that in our residential dwellings are our foundation for all other society needs and should then be our focus for becoming free by developing free energy for us in reasonable amounts that we all agree to that belong to each of us and our families as responsible persons…..
